Head Coach, René Haines
The founder and president of FocalPath® Coaching, René Haines, draws upon more than 25 years of experience to provide small business owners with proven strategy and sound advice. She’s spent a big part of her career in executive positions, including Vice President of a large corporation responsible for supplying the U.S. Navy. In addition to her managerial experience in the maritime and wholesale industries, René is intimately familiar with logistics, supply chains, purchasing, warehousing and distribution, international and domestic marketing, and retail distribution. René is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College, receiving magna cum laude honors. She is also a member of the VWC Leadership Honor Society, a charter member of Omicron Delta Kappa National Honor Society, and a member of Phi Alpha Theta National Honor Society in History.
René’s true passion lies in guiding small and medium-sized businesses towards growth and profitability. That’s why she founded FocalPath® Coaching in 2005. She and her team thrive on long-lasting relationships in which every participant is deeply invested in the company’s future. Coach/Trainer, Artrianna D. Morris
Artrianna is a customer service expert, business owner, and motivational speaker on topics related to service excellence, business planning, and credit. She brings over 25 years of experience partnering with organizations and business leaders to create strategies to improve employee performance through enhanced internal and external customer service skills. These skills target reduced attrition, performance improvements, and increases to the bottom line.
Artrianna worked for Signet/Capital One Financial for over 20 years where she held various Senior Leadership positions, including Director of Customer Service. She had direct management responsibility for over 1,500 Call Center associates and the entire management support team, and traveled to other national and international sites to implement service best practices and provide training. She also held a variety of other roles with responsibility for New Business Startups/Development and Senior Project Management through the Corporate Real-Estate division. Additionally, Artrianna is a former Community Relations and Outreach Director for New Visions New Ventures (NWNV), a Richmond, Virginia based nonprofit women’s business center.
Artrianna’s experience as a corporate leader, nonprofit leader, and small business owner makes her a coveted consultant and trainer on topics related to Exceeding Customer Expectations, Information Technology (IT), Service Excellence, Problem-Solving, Business Planning, and Succession & Contingency Planning. She also teaches a wide variety of financial courses such as Understanding Credit, Starting and Financing a Business, Structuring a Business, and more.
Artrianna lends her experience and skills to corporations, government agencies, schools, employment centers, and nonprofit entities. She has a genuine passion for empowering clients to embrace the organizational impact that customer service has on morale, productivity, and the bottom line. She is effective at influencing at both the C-suite and frontline levels.
