Meet René Haines
Head Coach and Founder
The founder and president of FocalPath® Coaching, René Haines, draws upon more than 25 years of experience to provide small business owners with proven strategy and sound advice. She’s spent a big part of her career in executive positions, including Vice President of a large corporation responsible for supplying the U.S. Navy.
In addition to her managerial experience in the maritime and wholesale industries, René is intimately familiar with logistics, supply chains, purchasing, warehousing and distribution, international and domestic marketing, and retail distribution. René is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College, receiving magna cum laude honors. She is also a member of the VWC Leadership Honor Society, a charter member of Omicron Delta Kappa National Honor Society, and a member of Phi Alpha Theta National Honor Society in History.
René’s true passion lies in guiding small and medium-sized businesses towards growth and profitability. That’s why she founded FocalPath® Coaching in 2005.
She and her team thrive on long-lasting relationships in which every participant is deeply invested in the company’s future. FocalPath® Coaching knows growing a business takes time, money, and a lot of confidence.
