A Note From Rene’
I hope this finds you wrapping up a successful 2021 with an optimistic outlook into the new year. I encourage you to consider doing a SWOT analysis to look back and learn some ways to make improvements for 2022. I found one article on empowering your team to become more independent/less reliant on you and another on being a humane leader. I thought these were both great reminders.

Stop Doing Your Team’s Work for Them
Do you remember the feeling you had after being promoted into a management role? That first step on the path towards leadership often brings conflicting emotions. For many of us, once the euphoria subsides, the work somehow doesn’t feel as productive (or as much fun) as the tasks we used to undertake. Becoming a More Humane Leader

He would have to close offices and support many employees in finding new employment.
