August 2021 update by Rene

I hope your summer is going great and that business is booming. I know many industries are back to their typical revenues and some that are even exceeding their best months ever. In case you’re looking for more opportunities, I thought I would include an article this month that focuses on marketing. Marketing is always a mystery topic for anyone not in the industry. I think this article helps paint a pretty clear picture of what some marketing options could be. I’m a fan of creating a marketing calendar for the year. Maybe this article will give you some ideas of how to populate your marketing calendar. Click here to download the marketing PDF

I also want to raise your awareness about employee retention this month. I’ve read several articles which indicate that many employees are reconsidering their options and reevaluating their futures post pandemic. What does that mean for you? It means that if you’re not taking great care of your team, they will be looking for alternative ways to earn a living. I’ve always been an advocate for employee recognition, gratitude and appreciation. If you’ve not embraced it previously, now is the time more than ever before.
