As we all struggle with the labor shortage, focusing on the staff we have needs to be a top priority. I’ve included one article this month that has some great ideas on how to retain talent. Making it a more engaged environment will make a huge difference.
The second article is on the importance of onboarding new talent. In a recent conversation with a new client, I asked about their onboarding process. After some silence, it was clear that they really didn’t have one. As the conversation progressed, they began to realize the need for a true onboarding experience.
