A self-described "dummy about business," Adam Mead began his branding firm, Yogg, with a vision of a future filled with creative inspiration and financial success. In 2009, his company wasn't quite where he wanted it to be. That's when he was referred to René Haines.

"I was lost, and I didn't know the steps I needed to take. I didn't have the confidence to make decisions on my own." In one-to-one coaching sessions, René gave Adam recommendations he'd never considered before, and she made sure he was consistently moving towards his goals.

Armed with a new understanding of how business works, Adam decided to put his entire trust into René's guidance. That year, Yogg grew by 90%, and Adam's confident that it's because of that commitment. Now he's planning to send his key employees to René's training workshops so they can benefit from the same leadership coaching that has helped him so much. Generational Diversity in the Workplace

This workshop addresses the current state of generational diversity in the workplace; at the end of this session you should be able to:

  • Define diversity & understand the characteristics of various cultural impacts
