Artrianna worked for Signet/Capital One Financial for over 20 years where she held various Senior Leadership positions, including Director of Customer Service. She had direct management responsibility for over 1500 Call Center associates and the entire management support team, and traveled to other national and international sites to implement service best practices and provide training. She also held a variety of other roles with responsibility for New Business Startups/Development and Senior Project Management through the Corporate Real-Estate division. Additionally, Artrianna is a former Community Relations and Outreach Director for New Visions New Ventures (NWNV), a local nonprofit women’s business center.
Artrianna’s experience as a corporate leader, nonprofit leader, and small business owner make her a coveted consultant and trainer on topics related to Exceeding Customer Expectations, Information Technology (IT) Service Excellence, Problem-Solving, Business Planning, and Succession & Contingency Planning. She also teaches a wide variety of financial courses such as Understanding Credit, Starting and Financing a Business, Structuring a Business, and more.
Artrianna lends her experience and skills to corporations, government agencies, schools, employment centers, and nonprofit entities. She has a genuine passion for empowering clients to embrace the organizational impact that customer service has on morale, productivity and the bottom line. She is effective at influencing at both the C-suite and frontline levels.
